Mass shift of en accelerated electron end a scalar charge in investigated in the classical limit. Тhе shift is due to inertia of the proper field, is analogous to reactive energy and is accompanied by a logarithmic singularity in the probability and the radiation spectrum. It arises at a sufficiently long charge acceleration by a constant field, which does the work, due to a four-current structure of the interaction (vectorness of the proper field). For an accelerated scalar charge the Base shift is absent, but inertia of a scalar field, the sаme as of an electromagnetic one, manifests itself in aperiodic oscillation of the proper field mаss, i.e. in a variable shift which is an odd function of the longitudinal charge velocity.

We have carried out the observations of the interplanetary scintillations of approximately 150 radio sources daily at the Radioastronomical Laboratory of Lebedev Physical Institute in August — October 1980. The results of these observations allows the two-dimention maps (radio images) of scintillation indexes apace distribution to be plotted. Since the scintillation index of radio sources depends directly on the interplanetary plasma conditions these maps can be called the inetrplanetary plasma radio images. The maps are shown in Mg.1. (The same maps hare obtained in 1975, 76, 79 [3-4]). The scintillation indexes within values 0 < M ≤ 0.2; 0.2

Скачать препринт [spoiler]We prove that the higher derivative quantum gravity is asymptotically free in all essential coupling constants by the calculation of one-loop counterterms (correcting the previous result of Julve and Tonin) and the solution of the corresponding ranormalisation group (HO) equations, strong arguments are presented in favour of the possibility that the renormalisable asymptotically free gravity establishes the asymptotic freedom for the effective mass parameters and non-gauge couplings in grand unified gauge theories. We also analyse the B.Q-equations in the Einstein theory with term and in the higher derivative conformal invar la at theories. Among other topics discussed are the restoration of the unitarity, the algorithm for the divergences of the determinant of the fourth order differential operator, the consistent renormalization of the boundary terms is the action, the one-loop № -function is the fourth derivative vector gauge theory and the mechanism of inducing bare gravity and gauge actions from the fermion effective action.

The vertex function third-order in radiation field ia found for an electron in an external constant crossed field of arbitrary strength: It is shown that the radiative interaction «smears» the Airy function which describes the intensity of electron-photon interaction in the external field as a function of the nonconserved component of electron momentum. The qualitative relation between the third-and the first-order vertex functions is found for large values of the dynamic parameter . It is shown also that the radiative interaction does not change the order of magnitude of the squared mass transmitted in the vertex. The vertex function satisfies the Ward identity modified by the external field.

A longitudinal stability is considered for the quasi-steady current sheet which is uniform along the current. IN the MHD approximation, the stability problem la solved for the plane neutral sheet and small disturbances propagating along the current. The current sheet is shown to break-up into the system of more cold and more dense filaments due to radiative cooling. The filaments are parallel to magnetic field lines. This process corresponds to the condensation mode of a thermal instability and can play a trigger, role for a solar flare. Moreover, at the nonlinear stage of development, it can lead to the formation of very dense cold filaments surrounded by high-temperature low-density plasma inside the current sheet. Plowing into the filaments, hot plasma is cooled by radiation and compressed. Then the cold dense plasma flows out from the current sheet along the filaments. We think that the process under consideration is responsible for the often observed picture of an arcade of cold loops in the solar corona.

We consider a gauge approach to the gravitational theory based on the local Poincare P10 or De Sitter S10 groups. P10 gauge rotations and translations take .place in the tangent spaces to the space-time manifold. The independence of matter fields on the tangent vectors is interpreted as the necessity to consider the non-linear realization of P10 or S10 thus effectively breaking the full symmetry to the Lorentz group. The lagrangian we choose is the S10 Yang-Kills invariant with the space-time metric being expressed in terms of the translational part of the S10 non-linear gauge field. Various consequences of the theory are discussed, including the correspondence with the general relativity, the propagating spin-connectinn interactions, the analogy with the chiral Higgs mechanism, the instanton-like solutions, the possibility of the gravitational repulsion due to non-compactness of the Lorentz group and etc. We also discuss quantization of the theories with torsion with the special emphasis on the presence of the non-linear realization. We stress the possibility to obtain the renormalizable theory if the metric la not quantized but is expressed in terns of a mean value of the quantized S10-non-linear gauge field.

The explicit expressions for the Green functions of quantum systems with nonstationary Hamiltonians, which are general quadratic forma with respect of coordinates and moments, are obtained in the mixed (Wigner’s) representation. As an example, Green functions in mixed representation for an oscillator of a variable frequency being acted upon nonstationary external force and for an electron moving in a variable electromagnetic field are considered. We found the explicit formulae for equilibrium Wigner functions for most general quadratic systems with the Hamiltonians not depending on time, and for their significant particular cases — a multidimensional anisotropic oscillator and a particle in uniform electrical and magnetic fields. The explicit formulae for average meanings of arbitrary products of the coordinates and moments in the equilibrium thermodynamical state for systems with arbitrary quadratic Hamiltonians are found.

As a generalization of the widely used King’s model for a spherical stellar system containing stare of identical masses, a two-component model of an equilibrium stellar system consisting of a tare of two different masses is built proceeding from a proper generalization of the distribution function. In such a system, the principle of thermal equilibrium, generally speaking, does not hold, i.e. equipartition of mean kinetic energy between light and heavy stars is absent. The radial distribution of partial density and velocity dispersion for each of the components and of the total density and velocity dispersion la obtained. The profiles of both the total density and velocity dispersion differ considerably from those given by the one-component King’s model, especially in the centre of the system. In particular, the velocity dispersion of stars may have there a non-monotonous behaviour. The possibility to apply the many-component modal for the explanation of the recently deiscovered luminosity cups in the central regions of some elliptical galaxies la briefly discussed.

It is shown explicitly that after the canonical quantization the new Hamiltonians describe different quantum systems which have no in common with the usual quantum particle in a magnetic field, because the spectra and measurability properties of the same conserved observables ( kinetic energy, generalized angular momentum, etc.) for each system are quite different. We present the detailed calculation of the one-loop-function in the B1 conformal supergravity. The conforms! gravitino la found to give the negative contribution in the gravitational infinities while the «Weyl graviton» and the ordinary matter fields are known to give positive ones. s-funetlone are obtained also for the C-extended conformal supergravities. As a result же prove that the N=1,2,3 theories are asymptotically free in the Weyl coupling constant (just like the Weyl theory) while the N=4 theory is (one-loop) finite and thus anomaly free.

The fireball concept introduced, adopted and widely used in cosmic ray physics for more than two decades has been decidedly rejected by accelerator physicists. lt is only during the last 5-8 years that accellerator experiments in ТеV range have led to the cluster idea tbus marking convergence of two approaches to the particle physics. Analysis shows that the convergence is even wore essential than one night think. Heavy nonresonant unstable objects have natural place in any quantum field theory while any multiperi pheral type model when applied to accelerator experiments needs such objects. In general fireball concept seems to have a far reaching support both In theory and experiment.
