The problem of the static electric dipole polarizability of the strong bound Dirac particle moving in one dimension in a mingular ?-potential is solved. A boundary condition characterizlng the ? -potential is formulated. The exact Green function is found and the one-particle polarizability and the vаcuum polairlsability are calculated. It is shown that the total polarizability provеs to be negative when the ? -potential forms the (almost) imppenetrable barrier. The reasons for the negative polerizability are discussed qualitatively.

Within the framework of the classical electrodinamic the introduction to the theory of the undulatory radiation source* is presented. The derivation of the gain (3.18) and energy spread (3.19) introduced to the particles Ьеаш is presented in the most general case, when the beam together with the electromagnetic wave go through the arbitrary external electromagnetic field. The directions of propagation of the bean and the wave ere arbitrary and the wave has elleptic polarization. Analogous expressions for some private cases were* derived in /9/ , /11/ and so on. The gain in the form (3.18) was published in /5r/. The expressions (3.18), (3.19) were used in /5r/ for the case of multicomponent undulators (see eleo/5B/) and iu/stfV for the case of the optical klystron (see also /32/ ). The possibility of the construction of the high efficiency powerful sources of the spontaneous coherent radiation is discussed in the case of the Variable parameters undulators and high energy electron beans with a small period of modulation of the density. Such sources can produce a short front impulse of the radiation. They might be used in the lnertial-confine-ment-fusion drivers.

A calculation of parameters, method of manufacturing, I procedure and results of testing ease described for the X-rays mirror system ?paraboloid-hyperboloid? The system has angular resolution of 10-15 and effective area of 100 sm2. The system is intended for use in the X-ray telescope RT-4M, developed in the P.N.Lebedev Physical Institute of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR. It consists of 2 nested pairs of mirrors the outer pair has input diameter 24 ?an and nickel coating, the Inner pair — 13 am and gold coating. She focal distance la 41,9 cm, the length of each paraboloid and hyperboloid — 24 cm. Geometrical parameters of the mirrors mere chosen to obtain maximum effective area, under the limits for overall dimensions. The mirrors ?are manufactured In the Astronomical Insti?tute of the Czechoslovac Academy of Sciences jointly with some other institutes of the CSSS. The mirrors were made as galvanic replicas with metallic reflecting surface and plastic base and were tested in optical and X-ray regions.

A modified path integral in relativstic phase space is cbtained as a solution of the operator equations of motion. It is shown that the quantum gauge algebra, generated by the symbols of the operators of the first class constraints aots on the virtual quantum trajectories.

The energy levels of toponium щ and their leptonic widths are calculated in the framework of non-relativistic potential model. We compare results, obtained using various interpolations of renormgroup’ -function and various purely phenome-nological potentials,in the wide interval of the awaited masses of toponium. All results are obtained within a uniform computational scheme. The sensitivity of results to specific features of QCD is discussed.

The possibilities of the field-induced narrowing of autoionizing resonances are discussed. Narrowing is shown to be impossible is the case of direct multiphoton excitation an autoionizing state. The conditions are found under which the narrowing сan take place in the scheme with the additional one-photon resonance between the autoionizing and some descrete levels. The corresponding restrictions are shown to be very strong and they hardly can be fulfilled in real stome. One of the strongest restrictions ie shown to be eliminated in the scheme where the autoionizing state is excited by additional weak field with a constant frequency (Heller and Popov), though a realizability of other restrictions in this case la not evident too.

The problem of large Induced ?-term (present already for free matter fields) Is stressed and possibility of dynamical breadown of local supersymmetry is pointed out. We Illustrate our techniques and qualitative conclusions on a number of examples, including ? -theory and QKD scalar potentials on de Sitter background and effective action in Einstein theory with cosmological constant? Possible solutions of ?-term problem are also discussed.

Photoelectron spectrum la found In a region of energies close to sons autoionilzing level. Interference of the direct transition from a bound state to the continuum with the transition via autoionizing level is studied. The photo-electron spectrum is shown to have two maxima one which can be much narrower than the other one. Photoionisation of the autoionizing level is taken into account and i? shown to affect essentially a degree of interference and the parameters of the photoelectron spectrum. In particular if for the autoionizing level under consideration the cross section of photoionization is not anomalously small the width of the narrower maximum is shown to grow monotonously with the increase of the external field strength (in contrast with the consideration in which the process of photoionization is ignored). The analytical formulae determining the photoectron spectrum are derived and investigated in details.

Various methods of statistical estimating the mean lifetime of charmed particles have been considered. It is shown that the usual maximum likelihood estimates in some cases do not exist or may have rather great positive bias, if statistics is low. An alternative estimates of the mean lifetime ? are discussed. Among them the «jackknife» estimate of ? is considered. The minimum variancе unbiased estimates of the average rate of decay 1/? for some particular cases have been derived. It is also shown that the usual estimate of the ratio of mean lifetimes of different kinds of particles may also have a bias when statistics is poor. Two methods of reducing this bias hove been proposed.

We prove that one loop infinities in N ≥ 3 gauged 0(N) supergravities are produced only by zero modes both on De Sitter and gauge instanton backgrounds. Тhis strongly suggests (in analogy with super Yang-Mills case) that instantons may be used for establishing exact ?-functions. We also derive the general formuls for the number of gauge instanton zero vodes for arbitrary spin and find that ?magnetic moment? part of contribution in gauge s-function is completely due to zero modes.

The twist phenomenon of the pulses magnetic field lines in the direction opposite to its rotation is caused by the braking torque of the electro-magnetic nature which leads to the pulsar rotation slow down. In this paper the expected character of the deformation of the open magnetic field line cone (as compared with the undisturbed dipole field) is shown which is «perceived» by the relativistic particles moving along these lines, with the assumption that the braking torque is caused mainly by the magnetic-dipole radiation reaction. She dependence of the cone twist angle on the radial distance from the neutron star гад/Н, expressed in the units of the velocity-of-light cylinder radius, is obtained. In pulsar cap model the cone twist must lead to asymmetry of the curve (8) of the variation in the linear polarization position angle throughout the integrated pulse profile of radio emission! the maximum steepness longi?tude (the symmetry center) of the curve must be shifted from the profile center to its leading edge by an angle AS which increases rapidly with, especially when The analysis of the existing data on the polarization observat?ions shows that the dependence of such on the pulsar period P and the frequances is displayed really is consistent with the calculated increases with a decrease of both P, for pulsars PSB 0835-45i 1929+10 and PSR 0623-28 the curve shifts from the profile center respectively.

[1] and eliminates its discrepancy with experimental data. On the contrary, at y>0 (0 < X < 1/2) we predict decrease of the cross section. This allows to distinguish the relativistic effects from the effects of Wf structure.
