Abstract ? A review of theory considering the processes of scattering in plasma defennined by coherent interaction of waves, that essentially decreases the thresholds of parametric instabilities, is presented. Double stimulated processes in weakly collisional plasma, where the wavelength of plasma perturbation is smaller than the mean free path of electrons, as well as in strongly collisional plasma, where the wavelength of plasma perturbations exceeds the mean free path of electrons, are examined. New results in the theory of filamentation instability are presented.

In the spin-2 sector, the proposed equations are equivalent to the Einstein equations with the cosmolo-gical term.

It la shown that symmetric wave functions defined on this bundle can not be transformed into antisymmetric ones by gauge transformation, apart froa the well known statement, incorrect as it will be seen, firatly pointed out in connection with dyon apin problem. It ia ahown also, that Zeeman energy levels aplittlng for dyona differs from the aplittlng for ordinary fermions.

In this preprint we discuss the processes of the laser energy absorption in the plasma, the generation of the quasistatic electric and magnetic fields, stimulated scattering, self-focusing and filamentation of the laser beams in the plasma, the processes of the harmonics generation of the laser frequency and nonthermal plasma emission, the thermal flux inhibition and it’s influence on the hydrodynamic plasma motions. In all cases the theoretical analysis is given along with the brief description of the modern experimental results.

№ 44 FAST HEATING OF ELECTRONS BY ELECTROMAGNETIC RADIATION

In experiments on interaction of strong high?frequency radiation with plasmas in the range of critical density a state often appears in which electron temperature is non?uniform and strongly exceeds ion temperature. This state is unstable with respect to ion-acoustic instability produced by electron heat flux. The resulting ion-acoustic turbulence(IAT) leads to qualitative changes in electron scattering frequency, this being manifested in a series of physical effects. In this paper we present the results of the self-consistent theory of electrons distribution and IAT spectra in the range where electromagnetic field, effective temperature and electron density changes vary rapidly.Anomalous growth of the effective frequency of electron scattering results in a sharp increase of inverse bremsstrahlung absorption and fast heating of electrons. This heating is accompanied with formation of a non-equilibrium self?similar electron distribution which decreases much faster than the Maxwellian distribution does as the electron velocity increases. Also we have revealed the essential dependence of the heating rate on polarization of radiation with respect to the direction of heat flux. The anomalous electron heat flux describing cooling of electrons was determined.

Соответствующая амплитуда вычислена явно для простой модели минисуперпространства. Показано, что картина временной эволюции квантовой Вселенной естественно возникает как результат самоизмерения. Динамика Уилера-ДеВитта сохраняет силу для малых времен, когда эффектом измерения можно пренебречь и зависимость от времени исчезает.

The present paper deals with target microheterogeniety influence on plasma properties while spherical laser compression. The data obtained allows the proposal about the surface tension and visco-elastic forces existence in spherical laser plasma due to the initial regular microheterogenieties of the target seeded with metal clusters In the form of superlattlce. The viscous and elastic forces are realised through vortices and regular magnetic fields interaction and thus are able to stabilise plasma compression against the Raylalgh-Taylor instabilities. It is also shown that such plasma structure may be as well the more equilibrium state of the finished phase separation as it is achieved in astrophyslcal cases of similar non-Ideal plasma parameters (density and temperature) on the long-time scale.

More than 40 sharp low temporal игр photolumlnesccnt С ГЧ > lines were observed In the energy range 1.44 — 1.48 eV in Mn Implanted WE GaAs. These are due to donor-acceptor pair CDAPi recombination where the Individual lines arise from transition at pairs with differing lattice separation and corresponding Coulomb interaction. This is the first observation of discrete DAT luminescence in GaAs that exists in spite of large Bohr radii of donors. S or Si are most likely involved in DAP recombination Aa Oa being usual residual donors in VPF GaAs. The lines energy positions are in good agreement with Coulomb interaction on discrete lattice site distances. It is necessary to take into account that two distinct types of DAP spectra are seen in this material: with pairs in one sublattice and in different sublattices. The observation of the sharp line decay afier laser excitation pulse shows that higher energy lines exhibit lower lifetime. Over 904 sharp line PL intensity decays during first 100 ns confirming DAP nature of the recombination process observed.

We studied impurity interaction мechanisa by low temperature photoluminescence. It was shown how to choose the experiment conditions for correct evaluation оГ the relative acceptor concentrations. Photoluminescence line-shape ratio dependence on impurity concentration ratio is analysed. The interaction mechanism between implanted Mп and соmmоп residual impurities in VPE 8aAs was revealed.. It is shown that Mп pull out 81 and Zn fro? Go sites. Some of atoms 81 enter As sublattica. We intarpraetated 1.513 aV line.as Si-, acceptor-bound exiton owing to established interaction impurity machanism. It is shown that there is no effective donor cleaning in VPE GaAs with implantation by rare earth elements as it accures In LPE OaAs with addition of rare earth elements to Ga melt.

The dielectric permeability of a semiconductor placed in a strong magnetic field is calculated with creation of Wannier-Mott exciton taken into account. Resonance effects in electromagnetic wave propagation in this medium are investigated and the polariton dispersion law is obtained analytically. It is shown, that singularities in the polariton dispersion equation lead to the resonant deflection of electromagnetic waves by the strong magnetic field. The capture and repulsion of the photon by a nonuniform magnetic field are described.

Reflection spectra of normal and patho?logical tissues with and without sensitizer were measured. Increase of selectivity of influence on normal and pathological tissues was shown, when copper or gold vapour active media were used in the systems for thermal destruction and photodynamic therapy. Hematoporphyrin derivatives (HPD) were used as sensitizers. Contrast characteristics in AOS with gold vapour amplifier were investigated.

We show that many elementary particle physics processes, such as pair production by a high energy photon, tha. take place in Minkowski space only if an external field provides for momentum non-conservation, do occur in the space?time around a straight cosmic string, even though the space is locally flat and there are no local gravitational potential. We exemplify this mechanism through the evaluation of the cross section per unit length of string for the decay of a massless scalar particle into a pair of massive particles. The cross section of this process is typically small but increases rapidly with energy and reaches a constant value. Also, it is interesting to realize how reactions of this kind occur due to topological properties of space, rather than to the action of a local Geld.

This complex analysis allow to estimate linear dislocations density and residvai stresses. The numerical calculations are presented in thie paper and compared with experiment reports by other authors. 42 events of correlated neutron and acoustic emissions from the electrolytically deuterized palladium target were recorded in the course of the experiment which had been fulfilled at the Baksan underground low background Laboratory. The expected number of false correlations was estimated to be close to 5 events. The results obtained confirm the predictions of the acceleration model which connects the cold fusion process with fracturing a deuterized matter.

№ 172 Fracto-acceleration model of cold nuclear fusion

Wide?spread scepticism about the reality of cold nuclear fusion (CNF) is caused first of all by its elusiveness, sporadicity and nonreproducibility. These features created a number of errors and confusions especially in the initial period of research. The lack of a realistic and generally accepted model capable to explain CNF also does not strengthen the confidence. Meanwhile, there is a model, which, we believe, is able to explain the above mentioned «difficult» features of CNF and, although containing some nontrivial elements, is based in general on a well known physics. We mean the «fracto?acceleration model» (FAM) of CNF in which energy stored in a crystal lattice is supposed to be transferred to deuterium ions via an acceleration mechanism. In this report we summarize the main results of our theoretical study of FAM [1?3] and its comparison with experiment, concentrating on fundamental problems of establishment and verification of FAM.

We see that notion of space reflection does not exist when physical states ere defined on fiber bundle commonly attributed to a charge — Dirac monopole system. In other words, there is no lifting of space reflection operator to the total space of such nontrivial bundle. Well defined transposition operator of two dyons on the nontrivial two dyons fiber bundle is constructed. So, Y/e can correctly define its action on local sections. It is shown that symmetric wave functions defined on this bundle can not be transformed into antisymmetric ones by gauge transformation, apart from the well known statement, firstly pointed out in connection with dyon spin problem.

It is shown that the highest gain factor (i.e. the ratio of incident-to-conjugated beam intensities) of the LCLV-based POM is limited by the slope of the LCLV phase modulation sensitometry curve. The numerical calculations and experimental measurements have been made to es?timate the gain factor of a LCLV containing photoconductor layer As(10%) Se(90%) and homogeneously aligned nematic liquid crystal layer possessing field S-effect. The maximum gain factor of 3.4 is achieved for conjugated plane wave (A. = 633 nm). The hologra?phic associative memory has been experimentally tested. In case of three simple binary images stored in the Fourier hologram the completely reconstructed single output image (rectangle) is ob?served with only a quarter of the image present as an input. Be?cause of non-zero cross correlation and high gain the restoration remains even if the input image is rotated by 25° about optical axis and is either tilted or swung horizontally by up to 45°.

The Doppler-free resonances of the saturated absorption on Dolines of cesium are studied at different intensities and polarizations of the counter-propagating waves. The high-contrast resonances are obtained on a cycling transition of a short-wave component of D2-line of Cs 133 for equal intensities of the counter-propagating waves by means of elimination of the atomic pumping in a system of Zeeman sublevels of the ground state.
