It is shown within the SU(N) gauge groups that any realistic asymptotically free models which retain, in particular, the SU(3)xU(l) symmetry unbroken are hardly possible to be constructed basing on ultracviolet stable fixed points. Laser output is of 2.2 J; pulse duration is of 8 s, and the quantum efficiency of the pumping energy conversion in laser radiation is up to 153% in the mixture of N20:Xe:He. The same problem existed in classical mechanics; not so long ago it was solved on the basis of the instability concept. In quantum mechanics the same ideas are used; it is shown, however, that it is only the parametric instability that can exist in this case. Modernization of the definition of the observed value in quantum mechanics is suggested. This leads, in the case of unstable systems, to the expression for entropy which differs from the traditional one. This procedure makes it possible to describe the kinetics of entropy increase and to obtain a correct expression for entropy In thermodynamically equilibrium systems as the limiting case of the general expression. The effects found earlier \/1,2\/ and related to the existence of some additional energy losses for the relativistic miens were confirmed. These are the flat energy spectrum of cascades, the existence of so called &#171;short&#187; cascades, the rapid increase of the cross-section for production of &#171;short&#187; cascades as the muon energy increases. The thrust produced by an unstationary gas flow within a nozzle due to laser induced blast waves is determined both theoretically and experimentally. The characteristics of a radiating gas flow are numerically analyzed by one- and two-dimensional gasdynamic computer codes. The spatial structure of the gas flow and the radiation fluxes from a laser plasma are calculated. She radiation spectrum is estimated. The calculated pressure pulses on nozzles of various shapes are compared with the measured ones. Optimum nozzles, repetition rates and durations of the laser pulses and wavelengths of laser radiation providing the best propelling characteristics are established.
